Job Summary:

As Office Manager you will coordinate with all departments, including corporate office from Mexico, third party agencies, have the ability to deal with staff, and manage payroll.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience is the broadcasting field with the ability to demonstrate self initiative skills and the capability to show a level of business experience which includes, organizational tasks, written and oral communications, decision making, creativity and an ability to work independently are required. High School Diploma and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Quick Books, and Power Point are required.

Typical Duties:

• Assist GM with all day to day activities
• Work with GM to Manage employees, including new hires, terminations, payroll, time off, commissions, and AE Reports
• Coordinate with building management, including third party agencies, such as, Katz, BMI, Nielson, Marketron, among others.
• Communicate on a regular basis with sales agencies for monthly reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including Marketron reports and bank reconciliation
• Daily contact with corporate office regarding day to day operations, including all bank transactions, payroll, and sales commission
• Maintain office supplies
• Process production and endorsement invoices on a monthly basis
• Assist in coordination for all promotional events
• Support staff by providing information that can benefit the station and the company

Current Work Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Promotions & Special Events Only when required
